When your session disappears
Your session lives in this browser's application storage. If that storage is cleared — by you, by a privacy setting, or by switching to a different browser or device — the session goes with it. That is the moment you need the key: enter the same email address and the key from your inbox, and you are straight back in. Nothing is lost on our side, because nothing was ever stored there.
Questions people ask
- Do I need an account to use the practice exams?
- No. There is no account and no password. You give an email address, we email you an access key, and that key unlocks the exams in your browser. Nothing else is created.
- Why do you ask for my email address?
- It is the only thing we ask in exchange for the exams being completely free. We use it to send your access key and occasional LeanZero publications on Atlassian and AI engineering. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- When do I actually need the key?
- Rarely. Your session lives in your own browser, so you can close the tab and come back. You only need the key again if you clear your browser storage, use private browsing, switch to another browser or device, or the session ages out.
- How long is a full practice exam?
- Exactly as long as the real exam. Each ACP certification publishes its own length — 45 questions for ACP-520, 60 for ACP-120, 61 for ACP-220, 63 for ACP-620, 75 for ACP-420 — and a full paper here matches it, with the real clock when you sit it timed. A quick mock is 20 questions.
- Are the questions copied from real exams or dumps?
- No. Every question is written from scratch against Atlassian's published product documentation, and each one carries the verbatim documentation sentence that decides the answer, plus a per-option explanation of why each choice is right or wrong.
- Are my answers stored anywhere?
- No. Your answers, flags and notes stay in your browser for the length of the session and are never sent to a server. Clearing your browser storage deletes them permanently.
