Get your own account on LeanZero's Atlassian demo site, already populated with projects, service desks, plans and spaces, and open the settings of CogniRunner, LeanZero Management and Sentinel Vault. Access lasts five days and you can extend it.
One address, one account. Coming back on another device? Enter the same address to sign in.
We email you a link. Nothing is created until you press it, so nobody can sign you up.
Press Get my demo access in the email, then again on the page it opens. Your address gets access to leanzero-demo.atlassian.net and this page shows it. If the address is new to Atlassian, Atlassian should email you to set a password; if not, use Can't log in? at id.atlassian.com.
You are a Jira and Confluence admin for five days. Two days before the end, extend from this page or from our reminder email.
A Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence site set up like a real company’s: software, business and service projects with history, LeanZero Management plans, and Confluence spaces. All three apps are installed and set up.
AI workflow validators and post-functions, listeners, scheduled jobs, agents and the Coder.
Where: Jira settings → Apps → CogniRunner Settings. Validators already run on the demo projects' workflows: try a transition and watch one answer.
About CogniRunnerPlans, Gantt and dependencies, baselines, portfolios and sponsor reports on top of Jira.
Where: Apps → LeanZero Management in Jira, with its settings under Jira settings → Apps. The demo plans are already populated.
About LeanZero ManagementLocks, approvals, classification and signing for Confluence attachments.
Where: In Confluence, Settings → Sentinel Vault — Site settings, and Sentinel Vault in any space's sidebar.
About Sentinel VaultEnough to judge each app the way your own admins would, settings included.
Other evaluators are admins too: they can see your name (and your email address, depending on your Atlassian profile settings) and what you change, and you theirs. Keep real or confidential data out of it, and leave things working for the next person.
A day before the end we email you a link to extend. When access ends your Atlassian account is untouched; it just stops opening the demo site.
We give it access (creating an Atlassian account if it has none), email you about your access, and add it to our newsletter list, which has a one-click unsubscribe in every issue. Unsubscribing does not end your access.
Want it on your own site instead? All three apps are on the Atlassian Marketplace, and we can help you evaluate them with your own data. Talk to us.
Nothing. Demo access is free and needs no card. The site is a LeanZero test environment, and every evaluator gets the same access.
You are a Jira admin and a Confluence admin, with access to Jira, Jira Service Management (as an agent on the demo service desks) and Confluence. That opens the settings of CogniRunner, LeanZero Management and Sentinel Vault, plus Jira and Confluence administration: workflows, schemes, fields, spaces and permissions. You are not a site or organisation admin, so you cannot add or remove people, change which products anyone can use, change billing, or uninstall apps.
Five days. Two days before the end you can extend by five more days from this page, and we email you a link to extend a day before. You can extend three times. If your access has ended, getting it again from this page counts as one of those three.
Your account is taken out of the demo site's groups, so it no longer opens the site. The Atlassian account itself is yours and untouched. What you created stays on the site, though other evaluators and LeanZero can change or clean it up. We email you when it happens.
leanzero.net does, prompted by CogniRunner on the site itself. Each evaluator is one record in a private Jira project. A CogniRunner AI agent marks the record a day before the end, which tells leanzero.net to send you the reminder, and a CogniRunner scheduled job moves it to expired when the time is up. leanzero.net sees each move and acts on it: the reminder email, then taking the account out of the demo groups. The agent and the job are ordinary CogniRunner rules, the kind you can build on your own site.
Yes. Everyone on the demo site shares it as an admin, so other evaluators can see your name (and your email address, depending on your Atlassian profile settings) and what you create or change, and you theirs. Please keep real or confidential data out of it.
Atlassian accounts are email addresses, so the address you give us is the account we give access to. We email you a link first, so nobody can sign someone else up. The address also joins our newsletter list, and every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe.
No. If the address already has an Atlassian account, we give that account access to the demo site and you log in as usual. If it is new to Atlassian, we create the account and Atlassian should email you to set it up; if nothing arrives, go to id.atlassian.com, choose Can't log in?, and set a password for the address.
To keep the site usable, at most 150 evaluators hold access at once and at most 10 from one company domain, and one inbox gets one account. If you hit a limit, the form says which one; get in touch and we'll make room.
Yes. Email us and we delete our record of your access and remove the account from the organisation that runs the demo site. Unsubscribing from the newsletter alone does not end your access.
