Atlassian is still health-checking the Connect app you migrated to Forge
Cloud Fortified monitoring is bound to app versions, not to your framework. Publish a Forge version and the probes keep hitting your old Connect base URL — each one carrying its own 99.9% SLO, and redirects are not followed.
